I must say i always thought farm bureau was good place ,but when i met brad, my mind changed completey. I was at ease with starting insurance on my business. I must say thank you for making things easier on my mind!
Great business ! ! Good place to meet with friends
Horrible customer service, i was waiting for a rep to get back with me for 2 weeks now, i sent several emails with no response! Then i was speaking with PJ and i explained him that i am trying to receive any kind of attention, and his response was that the best he can do is to send me to his co worker voice mail, than i asked for maybe something more solid than voice mail, so he said there is nothing he can do and he cant control his co workers. Than he said that he doesn't want to work with me- he basically fired me LOL. Do not recommend - horrible costumer service!
