Pike County Small Claims Court

If I could give no stars I would. I called to ask some questions concerning paperwork I got in the mail. Keep in mind I am not in Indiana. I live in Colorado. She was automatically rude and off the bat told me to be at court or I would go to jail. I was told appearing by phone was not an option and unless I provided proper documentation for a bill that was 7 years old and was in my bankruptcy, I had to appear. Indiana and Colorado definitely don't have the same laws. I was hung up on twice and she was yelling so loud my co workers could hear her. I asked for someone above her as I was nearly in tears and was told the Judge was busy. I frantically called my lawyer and was told that it would be handled. Regardless I can not even begin to express how unprofessional she was. I work in customer service and NEVER would I talk to someone so harshly nor tell them they would go to jail over small claims court. I asked for a call back from someone and no one has even reached out. I pray for the next person that has to talk to her and she acts the same way.
