One of the better schools in Springfield.
Great School. Teachers really do care and take their jobs seriously. My kids have gone here since Kindergarten and now one is in 5th grade and the other 3rd and they absolutely love it and so do I. Ms. S, the principal has done an outstanding job and so has the rest of the staff.
My son was being bullied for a while when I brought it to their attention they didn't take time to find out the situation they just brushed it like nothing my son was getting bullied on his bus I come to find out that they don't even have a bus monitor so who's watching all those kids not only that the front desk was very rude my son was getting hit so you can't even consider that bullying its abuse they will hear from me in the morning and this will get addressed cuz my son is not going to be going to school tortured and no one's not doing nothing about it and how about the AC system kids are going home early because it's hot why doesn't the school have AC or even a good working ac it baffles me something got to be done
I went to this school years ago, my middle son went here (we moved back to the area) and my youngest will be going here next year. The teachers take time with the kids, showing them how to handle what they are learning ON THEIR OWN, which means they aren't just shoving into the next grade, the kids actually learn and can apply what they've learned.
