Worst contractor I've ever had to deal with. Was told I'd have the quote for the plumbing work in 24-48 hrs after coming out to inspect. 4 or 5 days later, I call requesting an update since I received no quote yet. Was told they would check on it and get back to me. 5 days later - still no response so I called again and was told they didn't know why the quote wasn't ready yet but would check on it and get back to me. 10 more days go by and again, still no quote. I call back and again, same lady says she doesn't know why the quote isn't ready and puts me on hold. I then hear some guy in the background whispering numbers to her to relay to me. Seemed like he was just making them up on the spot. I asked to have the written quote sent to me by mail for review. When I received it, it had several errors in the scope of the work requested and outlining no details of the work.nI called them out to bid on another, smaller job and was told the same thing about having the quote in a couple of days. I never received any quote for that work and I was NOT going to deal with these bozos any longer. I would never use this company for ANY plumbing work. If they can't get it together before the job, I can only imagine what it would be like once they were on the job. Horrible customer service!
All I needed was a leaking kitchen sink drain replaced, they had an opening the same day!!!! The crazy part is the plumber said they would bill me after he was finished!! Who does that, I'm not worried Im sure it will be reasonable, great service!!!!
Good experience they always do a good job
Needing water filtration system installed for refrigerator. Technician needed to go to hardware store to get needed supplies for job. Never returned,. One day later, did not even get a courtesy call as to what happened.
