IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK ORDERED AN EXPRESS PACKAGE WITH SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS!!! It was supposed to be here in one day now nobody knows where my parcel is and Milan has no clue either!!!! They really have done me a disservice!!! This is a terrible operation here!!! Go with ups or fedex!!!!!!
My package has been sitting there since February 15th and has not moved. It’s March 2nd and clearly the snowstorm is not an excuse anymore.nnAfter this review and a filed complaint and bad review with the USPS I received my package on March 3rd. The Delivery Status never was updated till delivery.
I have another package that has not moved from your location for over anweek. Sort the trailers at your facility. If they are on your property, do the work. Quit using Covid as a reason to not do your job. If a package has been mis-sorted, find it and get it to the correct address.nWhen a customer asks for an inquiry of a package do not send them to the destination PO. They don't have it, you do.
Been 2 weeks that a package has not moved from this facility. Do your jobs
Shipped an item almost 2 weeks ago & the Priority Mail fast 2-3 day shipping I paid extra for never uploaded tracking & my buyer is demanding a refund now for a $200 skateboard that this distribution center clearly STOLE.
