Jones Brothers provides EXCELLENT customer service. It is not just in their mission statement or core values - it is in their DNA! I recently bought a beautiful ring and Ally Martinez and Dan Tosi helped research the diamond and create the exact replica of a ring I found online. I could not be more pleased. Then just 1 month ago I brought in some old jewelry for cleaning and polishing and Emily helped me. When I went to pick it up a small piece was missing. When the Jones Brothers team found the missing item, they returned it along with some chocolates and a gift card! I was so impressed. They go the extra mile, every time!
