Was helped by a girl who told me her name was Leah. Terribly rude and uninterested in helping me but rather push conspiracy theories which we did not ask about.nnRUN! from dealing with this company if this the type of employee they want to hire.

Unfair to other ethnic groups base on credit and financing.

During COVID I was late on a couple of payments, I’m old school, I go into the store and pay every time. So ended up being late and they threatened to have their lawyers go after me via letter, constantly called me. Which I had to go get a prepaid card and submit payment that way, due to struggles through the pandemic I was trying to stay on top of the essential and nobody else bothered me during all this the way Rogers and Holland’s did. Also, my fiance got me a ring from there have had a total of 2 weeks, of course it broke dropping it, have had to get it resized 20 different times and they can’t ever size it correctly, so I have to wait a month before I can get it back every time. My fiancé’s 1300 dollar anniversary ring stones keep falling out, which that is also a pain in the neck. For people who want their money, their service is absolutely terrible, I had one good experience with them with my first purchase, was in good standing and I don’t know if there is new ownership or what but quality and standards have sunk to the bottom, I really hope this review makes an impact because they are absolutely awful to deal with.

Disappointed with the assistance I received.

My husband purchased my ring from Rogers and Holland last March and within 9 months it had to be sent off 3 times for 4 stones falling out of the band, one of the prongs holding the main stone broke and had to be replaced resulting in me receiving the ring back with the main stone crooked and different size prongs. I told them about it and they said they would take care of it during the second repair. Got it back and it still was not fixed. At this point I only had a few weeks until the wedding, the ring was gone more than with me so I had no choice but to deal with it for the time being. Plus I was anticipating that another stone would fall out again at some point and I would have them repair it then. The third time the stone fell out they gave me the option to get this one repaired, get a new ring or pick out a new style, and I chose to try to repair it one last time since it was the ring I got married with. It came back and a few months went by with no incidences and then I take it in to be cleaned and less than an hour after another stone fell out! I told them to go ahead and replace the ring with a new one hoping that it was just a fault with that ring. The current ring seems to be holding up well, except for the fact that they missed making part of the band rose gold and is just gold. I love this ring so much but am appalled at the quality of the rings. If this ring does not work out then my only option is to get a new style at the same value as my current ring, which I am completely against because I will no longer have the ring that my husband gave me for our wedding. For a company whose product embodies the idea of marriage, their quality certainly does not come close to lasting that long! This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare and their employees seem completely unsympathetic and unconcerned with the situation.
