The handling of the precious gems and metals are done very cautiously and handled in front of you to show you the true beauty of the gems. I am very pressed with the service and am glad I was able to make my purchase there. I am military as well and they are willing to work with you and are military friendly. Their warranty is hard to beat and very impressive and unmatched compared to other places. Jennifer was an excellent salesperson. She was professional and helped us choose the perfect ring style for us. Not pushy but very helpful. She went above and beyond when my fiance lost her ring just a few weeks before our wedding. She helped us deal with the insurance company and when we were not sure if the ring would arrive on time, she gave us a loaner ring very similar to the original for us to have as a replacement on our trip to Florida. The ring was actually completed on time and Jennifer dropped the ring in the mail and shipped it overnight and it arrived in Florida in time for our ceremony. I can't recommend her or this jewelry store enough.

met our sales rep Kevin he was amazing he was kind patient answered all of our questions we left without purchasing anything but our questioned were answered. went back and had my moms old diamond rings redone Kevin again was so helpful there was no pressure to purchase anything never felt pressure to purchase we had the diamondsnmade into a custom setting it turned out beautiful. This is going to be the only place I buy jewelry from.
