We’ve had limited but very positive experiences with this store. We brought my wife’s wedding band to them to do a stronger stone remount after the original failed and they did a great job. We’ve also had them do 2 appraisals and a repair on a necklace cords silver latch. We brought the cord in late in the day and only expected to drop it off. They had it fixed and better than new in minutes. They are great people to deal with and highly recommended. Thank you, Potter & Anderson!
Potter & Anderson provided exceptional customer service going above and beyond to help rectify a problem that we had with a shipping company that turned into a complete debacle. They did everything in their power to help with the situation and to facilitate the process. They provided a replacement gift beautifully, beautifully wrapped and they spent significant time making sure the package arrived safely the second time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They’re extremely kind and very nice to work with... Their customer service as well as their products are very high quality.
