I had so many awful experiences at this library I don’t know where to start. The hours of operation is horrible. They do not stay open late on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays even though it is a college campus. The collection of books are sporadic in subject and their relevance is questionable at best. The staff is a mix of awful and unmotivated. I have been insulted on several different counts at this library. Most recently one of the employees was extremely condescending and inferred I was unintelligent after I asked for assistance with the printer. Turns out I wasn’t the problem, the library’s servers were down!!! It should be noted that the employees that are spoken of have always been the adults (old women) and not the students which I find surprising.
Students and staff make this place a stress free environment. Huge collection of books and inter library loan for students of WNE
The signage is very poor and hard to find for community patrons.
