I'm so grateful to have found Natalee & The Travel Concierge a few years ago. She has helped me with flights for me & family members and hotels too.... But what it will be hard to put into words my deep felt thanks is how she handled a travel insurance claim last fall. I was at the lowest of low health wise and she held my hand & lovingly walked me through the process. I got a full refund & WILL BOOK the trip again as soon as possible.
