I absolutely loved coming here. When I first went there I had been diagnosed with cancer and needed to get a wig because my hair fell out. I was extremely self conscious about it and I didn’t want anyone to see me without something covering my head. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and when i explained why I was there the women working was extremely empathetic and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to figure out what I wanted and I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase anything I didn’t want - she even gave me information to see if my insurance would cover my wig which was above and beyond to me. They had a very good selection of wigs. All in all it was a great experience during a very bad time for me and I couldn’t have asked for better service!
The lady talked on the phone....made me work taking down wigs she couldn't reach...sold me a 45 dollar wig for 250 and wouldn't let me return it 30 minutes later when i found what i REALLYwanted at another store! Do not go here!!!!!
