Rebel Roots Hair Haus is an exceptional hair salon. The team go above and beyond to make sure you love your hair. If you are like me and not great at doing your own hair on a regular basis... have no fear as Scotty will show you how to style it and manage it so you have beautiful hair every day! He is a wizard with color too! 1000% recommend!
My husband and I just moved to Illinois and both were looking for a new stylist to go to. I saw this salon has good reviews and is very close to my home. I called them on 2/18 to make an appointment for both of us, they didn't answer, but I was sent a text message from someone named Scott. We exchanged a few messages and they said they would have a stylist reach out to me. It is now 2/26 and no one has reached out to us. If they arent accepting new clients or something I wish they would have just said so. I'm not one to call over and over again, especially when I was told someone would reach out. It's been a week now with no contact. It just seems unprofessional so I don't think I want to go here now, which is very disappointing because we had high hopes for this salon.nnAfter reading a few other reviews with the same problem, it is apparent that they are just unprofessional. I understand being busy, but then book the appointment out further or at least let the client know. Seems like you're focusing on current clients, fine, but let new clients know that. Dont LIE.
I have been one of Scott’s clients for over 16 years and have always LOVED what he has done with my hair. Whether I have wanted it lighter or darker, longer or shorter, or sometimes didn’t know and just let him decide, I have always loved the results! He is extremely talented!!! I look forward to every appointment! The atmosphere is fun and relaxing! All stylists at Rebel Roots are always very friendly & welcoming! Great place to go if you want true professionalism & talent! Best salon in the area (& surrounding areas) by far!
I have been going to Scott for years and he is the BEST hairdresser I have ever had! My work hours are unpredictable and countless times Scott has had to very patiently rescheduled me. He has even opened early to fit me in! My color and cut always looks great! He has made recommendations and I love to get them because I’m always happy with the results. The salon itself is impeccably clean and the other hairdressers are always quick to give you a smile. I highly recommend that you try them out if you are looking for a great salon with exceptional stylists!
This is the best salon I've ever gone to. It's clean, well designed, everyone is friendly and kind. Professionalism is first and foremost at this salon.I I never worry what my hair will look like when I leave because I know my stylist is a professional that is well educated and active with continuing education. Not only do I get a great hair style, I also know that my hair is healthy and never harmed from any processing. All of the stylists are well trained in their careers to know what will look best for each client.nThe communication is wonderful. If I need to contact my stylist I heat from him in a very timely fashion. Everytime I make my appointment I receive a text confirming the appointment and then I receive another text before the appointment to remind me so there is never any confusion about my appointment. I've recommended this salon to my friends and they feel the same way about this salon. If you want healthy hair and a great style, then I strongly recommend you try this salon.
