I come here to do my laundry every weekend. They hired this new white lady with red hair on second shift and she is a total Karen. I came in to do my laundry as usual. It was just me and another black guy, the only two in the laundromat at the time when she starts yelling orders at him to stop folding his clothes in here. There was to be no folding clothes inside of the laundromat. That it was a new notice. I just looked at her like she was crazy because i couldnt believe her attitude. Not even five minutes later and she returns to yell at the guy again about folding his clothes. The man didn't want any confrontation with her so he abruptly stopped his laundry and put his damp clothes in the bag and drove away in his and his van upset. It upsetting to mebecause I shared the experience with him being a black man as I've been in this laundromat for hours and watch the patrons come in and out folding laundry and going about their way. Today she just saw and isolated opportunity and took advantage of. Ego tripping is a terrible thing especially in a place of business. Makes money go elsewhere.
Normally I dont have an issue here. It's one of the best laundromats I've been too. But I have a problem when I come back and my clothes where taken out of the washer (this after SEVERAL TIMES I have been here and seen clothes sit in washers for HOURS!) and than when I asked to employee, she admitted she did it. Than proceeds to talk about me to ANOTHER customer!
$1 wash after 5pm during the week and courteous staff
