I am editing my review from a 1 to a 5!! You can read below what experienced at Stacy’s but on the same day that I posted my review I received a call from Mike Stacy to ask me what he could do to make things better. All I wanted was to be treated like a valued customer and that’s what Mike did. So I’ll give it another try. Thank you!nThis was my first and last visit to Stacy’s East Longmeadow! No greeting, bad attitude and eye rolling when I asked to pay in advance (apparently I didn’t ask soon enough???). When I went to pick up on the assigned day my order wasn’t ready (apparently you can’t pick up before noon....would have been good information to have when I dropped it off). I returned later and received the same low level of customer service. Clerk did not even look at me just like when I dropped off my order.!

I have been in many times. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and welcoming. If I had any questions they always answered, the best part, if they were not sure, the staff would find out the correct answer instead of making something up.

Awful. Failed to sew something properly, blamed me, and then failed to fix it properly. Avoid this place. They could care less about their customers.
