I have had 3 separate emails for packages that said the post office delivered to my po box or address that I never recieved. In the last 3 months!!!!!! I went to the post office with the printed out emails and tracking #s and NOTHING!!!
The guy who waited on me was extremely rude.nHe first said I didn't have the right box, then after I grabbed one of the boxes from inside the post office, & repackaged what I was shipping, he got mad that he had to tape the shipping lapel on the box. According to his name tag, his name was Nick.nnI had to purchase the box, & it was a nice blue box.nnI was being nothing but nice, & he had no right to treat me the way he did.
We had 2 packages to mail. None of the boxes there were the rightsize but the clerk found one in the back that would work if we cut it down. Which we came home and did. Both packages were sent. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. In these stressful days we apprecite that.
Poor service & very rude to costumers. Having issues receiving our packages and told them what the problem was and they were very rude about it. No effort what’s o ever.
Website shows a delivery time of 8pm on sept 6 when i was supposed to have it delivered by sept 4th, and my package has been in Illinois the entire time just 2 hours away.
