Let me first say that everybody I dealt with was very nice and that’s the reason this is not a one star review.nnTo start off they quoted my sister and I the packages they offer for cremation. My sister and I choose a package (over the phone because we live out of state) to later find out that things that were told to us that were covered, were not. So we were a little upset but we understood mistakes happen. Fine if this was the only issue. Then they missed spelled my mothers name and my grandmother‘s maiden name on the death certificate. So they apologized and said they would fix it ASAP. I then received the new death certificates in the mail and the funeral home missed spelled somethings again.nnI feel there was some real incompetence when it came to the way they handled mothers death. It’s a hard enough time to go through, the last thing you need is a funeral home that make it even harder.
