So rude and very old facility! It’s my first time to go there since I moved to this area this year. I took the comforter to this place in a Saturday late afternoon, No one was there except the guy who worked there. He didn’t even say hi to me and when I put the comforter in the dryer, I was told it was a quarter for 7 minutes. So I said “ The place I went before was a quarter to dry as long as I do the laundry there.” Then this guy who worked there said” then you should go there and don’t come back” I couldn’t believe how rude he was and terrible customer service!! I will never go back!!

I love coming here.nThe owners are very friendly and helpful.nWe got to become very good friends.nThey are so nice to my mom.nShe enjoys coming to visit and see them.nThey also have a 52 inch tv. It's greatnIt's like home away from home.nVery clean and reasonable.

Stopped by Tuesday at 5pm left a load in the large machine. Came back 715pm and the doors were locked and lights off. Hours state closing at 8pm last load at 7pm. Called following morning to see what happened to my clothes was told he removed them at 7pm and left them in my basket overnight wet to all smell of mildew. A customer service oriented business would A. Not close an hour early B. At the very least dried the clothes and charged me later if there was an emergency closing your business an hour early warranted C. Not said I'm busy and hang up when asked if there was anyway he could rewash them since i know they all will smell like mildew.nnSave your money and value of your clothing go elsewhere.

Kristina Miller's review was ridiculous. She never even used the laundromat.. I have used this one periodically and found it to be acceptable....machines work.....owner is friendly enough.... Items that I have washed come out clean enough..... So in a pinch it is fine.
