WOW. Where do I even start?nAbsolutely look no further if you need any dry cleaning done!nLong story short, I forgot to pick up a LOT of dry cleaning for a wedding and the owners were going to PERSONALLY deliver the items to my house before it was too late! Thankfully, they checked their voicemail twice after hours and got my message and went back to the store to help me get my order. After they closed!! And then, of course I forgot the payment, the owners were so gracious to follow me to the ATM and let me pay him with cash. Honestly the best dry cleaners in the area and the BEST people to work with. Support this business!
First time customer. I chose this business based on the 5 star reviews and proximity to my home. I brought a new suit worn once to a wedding and a wool overcoat for dry cleaning. Both items had some wedding cake frosting on them. The wool coat also needed repair to the sleeve lining. Turn around time was reasonable, but the items were not ready for pickup at the promised time. I should have asked about pricing because this cleaner charges at least twice what another cleaner charges. I was charged $58 for their work, including a charge for pretreating the suit and an animal hair removal charge for the suit. Again, this was a brand new suit worn once to a wedding (no animals involved). Yes, the owner is nice, but I will not be back.nnIn response to the owner:nThe only reasonable charge was for the sleeve repair. No animal hair was present on the suit when dropped off. I urge others to read Yelp reviews of this business.(wish I would have.)

Best service around, so personable and makes you feel like your their “favorite client” every time you walk in the door. I’ve had cleaning and alterations done here, all have been done to exceptional standards and very reasonable time frames too! Best in Lake County for my vote!
Wonderful and friendly service! Have found my new cleaners...wish i had found this place sooner. Less expensive, easy in/out parking, and right next to coffee/thai/subs and beer. Friendliest/best cleaner in lake county.
