Friendly Flowers

Two arrangements ordered by two different people for my Mothers funeral DID NOT SHOW UP IN TIME! Didn't show up until after the service. Both orders were placed well in advance. Only offered apologies, no attempt to make it right.

I gave two stars because I had purchased flowers for a funeral. Placed the order then received a call a few hours later from owner. She explained one of the sprays I ordered, she didn't have the flowers. She asked if I could come back to the shop and pick another spray. On my way there she again called and said she found a place in El Paso that had the flowers, so I wouldn't need to come in. Mind you, I am trying to coordinate and prepare for a funeral. The next morning something told me to check on the other two sprays I ordered. One that we picked had lavender flowers so I told the woman I wanted red roses, not lavender. As it turned out, it was a good thing I called to check, the woman who took the order never wrote that detail down. When I arrived at the funeral home, none of the sprays had the ribbon identifying one was from his wife, one was from his children and the last was from his grandchildren. I didn't make a big deal about them not having the flowers for one of the sprays, because in the end they found them; I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that mistakes happen. These were just too many mistakes on one order.

I live out of town and ordered flowers for a close friend's father's funeral. Didn't really know what to order so they told me they'd make something nice. They did a great job! Very nice and professional. Thank you so much!

We were so pleased with a large custom designed wreath at Christmas. The shop is filled with lovely items for gifts as well as flowers. The staff has been friendly and helpful on repeat visits. Delightful new business!
