Very friendly and great alteration work
Took this jacket to Minooka Cleaners 524 Mondamin St, in Minooka to be cleaned on11/11/19, not only was I told it could be cleaned I never received a phone call about the damage to the coat. It’s a faux leather from Macy’s, 4 years old. Paid $300 and now it’s trash !!!! Can’t speak to the woman that owns the place because she wants to argue and continues to talk over me!!! I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. I could take her to small claims but I’m going to chalk it up as a bad experience and learn from it !!!!
Brought my bridesmaid dress in for alterations, hem and shorten straps. When I went to pick it up on the specified date, she told me it wasn't done and to come back the next day. Next day, went there and tried it on. The bra cups were sewn into the BACK of the dress and 1 strap wasn't shortened!! She kept it another day to fix it and only took $2 off the total for all those issues! Will never take anything there again!
Owner is very nice and great price
They have always been very accommodating over the years, customizing a shirt to fit my youngest son, modifying straps on a backpack on the spot, clothes are always clean and wrinkle free. They are very friendly and nice to deal with.
