Very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service provided. The staff accommodated any needs or request that I had and was professional. I am happy I chose Windy City Steam and they have gained a permanent customer.
I've used Windy City Steam for carpet cleaning for years. With 4 kids and an old dog, they make our carpet look brand new every time they come out. They’ve gotten out many pet stains and mystery kid marker stains, etc. When we moved into a new house, Brandon the owner, was the first person I called before moving our stuff in. He not only made the carpets look great, but also power washed our brick paver patio and driveway and we were shocked at how clean and new it looked. They are on time, professional, use kid/pet friendly products and make recommendations on how to make your carpet last the longest. The dry time is also great. I'd highly recommend this small family owned company for all steam cleaning needs!
You did such an amazing job getting these carpets clean. It really shows the difference in someone who takes pride in their work like you and someone who doesn’t like the kids who made it worse. Thanks sooo much. And it smelled amazing in here for days.
