Clean
Bathroom could be cleaned a bit better..but they have a bin full of the weeks lefrover clothes that usually yields me a nice fond or two everytime I stop by here. $3.00 a load is a bit high IMO though.
First time visiting and had a lot of items to clean. Unfortunately, most of the machines do not work and the attendant was made aware but did not take the machines out of order. I was not upset with the attendants inability to fix the machine that was holding my clothing for an hour, but I was upset that once the machine unlocked the door and I took my clothes out, she did not place the machine in out of order. She was not very nice at first but I tried to be kind and be understanding. She did offer me help when I was leaving which was very nice of her.
Michael was very helpful! His customer service skills were through the roof, he went above and beyond to help me get acclimated to the laundromat my first time there. This is a very clean location with exceptional washers and dryers! Time and time again I am impressed with my experience doing my laundry here. A++ for great service!
I waited for a very long time just so I can load money to my card. The manager had a stack of cards when I say we went through the whole stack. Because none of them worked the machine kept rejecting it. He told me for the wait he'll add 10 dollars the next time I came to wash there was nothing.
