What a great company with fantastic customer service and fast shipping! I've ordered from Inland craft multiple times and have been very satisfied with their products and customer service. After numerous issues with other lapidary companies I turned to Inland craft and haven't looked back. They always have the supplies I need in stock and are very helpful in finding the perfect tools and parts for the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for lapidary materials. Everything I've ordered is high quality and long lasting for a great price, and they are easy to get ahold of when you need to. Truly a diamond in the rough, thank you all so much for all your continued assistance!

Inland Craft is under new ownership, so don't spend your time reading the negative reviews. The new owners have made significant improvements to this 40-year old company. The ordering process is fast and easy on their newly designed website, and my order was shipped the same day. My items arrived nicely packaged and I received order status emails along the way. I recommend Inland Craft to everyone in the art glass industry not only for their quality products, but for the excellent customer service they deliver.

Terrible. Do not order with this company. I placed an order more than 7 months ago, and they failed to deliver. I kept getting told the order would be shipped within 2 weeks and it never happened.nI cancelled the order, and it has been a month. They still have not refunded by money. No one picks up the phone, and no one responds to emails.nNot sure what kind of company they are running.nComplete Scam.

Good friend bought a NEW flat lap machine 2 years ago(2014). Used it a month, had a stroke and put it up till last month. Variable motor would only run on high speed. Unit has a 2YEAR WARRANTY. But the motor was built in 2009!!! So, They would not HONOR THE WARRANTY! !. I Was with her when she bought it! I would never recommend this company to any one. What, you gotta tear down the mechine to check the date of components! Buy from reperable company and this isn't one.
