I recently stopped in to get my first-ever piece of art framed and I could not be happier with how things turned out. From the start, they were very patient and helpful with assisting with a variety of different frame and mat combinations ( I am not a very artsy person). This ended up taking a bit longer than I expected but at *no* time did I feel like I was a burden or they were wanting to push me along to a decision. They were happy to work with me and discuss multiple options for what would make the presentation look best. I was impressed with their level of customer service and they deserve 5 stars on that alone. I just received my order this morning and am overjoyed by how well everything turned out. Top quality craftsmanship, amazing service, and so friendly!! They even saved my packaging information and customs forms for the original print and attached it to the rear of the frame as provenance -- such a great touch. All of this came at significant fraction of the cost of other frame shops in SLC which I received quotes from. I cannot recommend Bullock Frame Company enough and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Go and check them out -- you will not be disappointed!

Bullock Company gave me friendly professional guidance and framed my oddly sized prints for a reasonable price. The prints were finely mounted and packaged tightly. Excellent service!
