I have recently used an Enterprise location in Downers Grove, IL (Ogden Ave) to rent a car over the course of a two separate weekends. My rental experiences have been outstanding. The check in and check out process has been smooth and expeditious. The service from the staff has been highly professional. The vehicles have been clean and operate efficiently. Definitely a 5 star experience.
Had a few questions today regarding renting, during this time of business operational uncertainty. Kevin was so extremely professional and honest it really deserves being mentioned. Appreciated his time and will be working with Enterprise, through my body shop, in the upcoming weeks.
Always great cars are very clean
This was our first time using North Downers Grove Enterprise RAC. The employees were very professional and courteous. They helped us put up the top rack; however we never used it; didn't look strong enough.nFinding the place was difficult strip mall after strip mall. The location was very small but we got our desired car and the vehicle performed very well.nWe will definitely use this location again. We did not use the pick up service; however did use the after hours drop off - very nice and safe.
