They had the car I reserved. Took 20 minutes to get it cleaned out. Why was this not already done when it was dropped off? Place was not busy. The cars service engine light is on, the brakes are grinding, and one of the rear seat belts won't fasten. Thats why the 2 star.
Ok, so this place was super old and super small. I mean, your family room is larger than this place. When I arrived, the only person on the premises was the employee who cleans the cars. He was polite and helpful. He got the manager on the phone who was picking up a car from another location to explain the process (they are so small, they only have two employees working at a time). They did what they said they would do for me. No complaints.
Was transferred here after going to an enterprise w/no rentals + a budget on Roosevelt that was abrupt + rude. Mantrell + his manager on duty was so helpful + considerate, turned the day all the way around. Thank you all so much for your care, you rock!
Literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, stopped in 25 minutes before they closed today and the owner stared at me like, how dare you and was super evasive when I asked if there were any cars. We rented a car from her a few years back- same song and dance, absolutely unpleasant woman, go anywhere but here, she'll nickel and dime you as well.
Worst location, avoid if possible. The owner and the lady are a joke as representative of budget. Surprised this location is still open.
