Really great staff here. Needed a car for a few days while my car was being repaired. Was a bit of a wait to pickup but other than everything went smooth

Friendly staff, no problems there. The car is where my problems are. I paid extra for an upgrade because the base rental car is a joke if you have a family of 4 or more so we upgraded to a Nissan Maxima. A very dirty Maxima. Kind of funny (but not) that there was actually a Complete Clean Pledge (ha ha) thing hanging from the mirror. This car was not cleaned by anyone at this location. How do I know this? Because I had to clean it myself. The windows were deplorable, there must have been a pet (or very dirty children) in the back seats prior to our rental because of the hair and saliva all over the back windows. Fronts were no better either, not to mention all of the crud in the front cup holder area. Surprised how dirty this car was with it only having 10,000 miles on it. Did I mention the fast food bag left under the passenger seat with leftovers in it?? Found that when I ended up having to clean this mess because I really didn't want to put my family in this vehicle in its current state. I chose not to eat the burger that was left in the bag, Aside from the mess inside, the outside was no better, that part however I am not going to clean for you. I have also had to fill the back tire with air now 5 times as there is a slow leak in it, this morning it is actually flat now. Finally there is the climate control, this is really only directed at Nissan however - Why can I not change the climate control from Celsius to Fahrenheit? Everything else is in Fahrenheit just not the climate control.

The rental car from the Westmont, IL location reeked of CIGARETTE smoke. It was nauseating smelling the car for our 1 week road trip to VA. I even put 2 air fresheners in the car but it made zero difference. When we returned the car to Enterprise, I inquired what could be done to compensate us for the poor experience. Enterprise said nothing could be done. Next time we rent from that specific location, they would give us a an upgrade. SERIOUSLY?!?! You think I've ever renting from you again?!?!?

Very busy location, especially before noon on Saturdays. Was worth wait, as late model Camry was clean, and quick. Woman who helped me, in and out, was friendly, and efficient.

I've used this branch for over a year pretty consistently, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. Kevin went above and beyond for me to literally chase me down and return my apartment parking pass.. those are the kind of little things that define excellent customer service!
