I wasn’t there but I was on the phone just felt like they tried to take advantage of a situation my sister has been renting with GG ORLAND PARK EAST 15701 S HARLEM location for the last few months awesome guys there! Recently prices skyrocket towards 400 so I found a cheaper rate here at the WILLOWBROOK location before I came called ask and ask If I could rewrite a contract while keeping same car answer was yes! Ok cool so I make reservation for the SAME CAR which is what enterprise put in the system not I, once I get here they tell me the car needs to be upgraded to a full-size car mind you I’ve been paying for a versa for a few months now if it was a problem as far as full-size mid size suv wouldn’t previous enterprise disclose that? Told me I’ll had to downgrade to a versa to keep the same car I’ve been havin I. The only reason I came was because a cheaper rate that’s totally absurd beware of price. Hikes within this guys
Do not rent here!!! My cc was charged $250.00 ILLEGALLY and UNAUTHORIZED for detailing. I was never informed of this policy for vacuuming dog hair. The vehicle was spotless other than the hair. I have seen vehicles with kids much worse. $2500.00 rental. Detail fee?? BEWARE!
Rented with George over labor day weekend. Service was great from beginning to end, price was great, and vehicle was great. I will try to go to this location whenever possible even though it’s far from my house. Thank you for saving our holiday weekend.
