Last year (2020) I paid to rent a rolls Royce for my sister’s prom. Unfortunately because of Covid, it was cancelled. Prestige exotics promised me that they would refund my $700. They never did. My credit card company advised me to dispute the transaction and I did. However, these people (prestige exotics) reversed the charges back. Leaving me with no refund and I never rented the car. No one up until this day has yet to call me. Highly upset with this company.

How do I have $2,000 in hand to rent a car and they don't even answer the phone for 3 days. No email responses OR call backs from the voicemails. It's not a business if you're not making money. And when you can't pay the loans for the cars you are 2 million in debt for, the bank is going to come scoop them. Good luck

Excellent company to deal with. Not a regular luxury car driver by any means but it's a pretty straight forward process like renting a car. No issues what so ever. I would definitely rent a car from them again.

These guys are awesome. They took such great care to ensure that my son’s birthday was everything that he dreamed of and more. From coordinating the surprise to the service to the condition of the vehicles, these guys don’t mess around. I’ll be honest, I was super skeptical about renting a Super Car and this turned out better than I could have imagined. We will use these guys in the future!
