PURE Med Spa, Old Orchard, Skokie

DO NOT COME HERE. I came for laser hair removal treatment on my face and left with a huge burn. I received no pre-care instructions when I made the appointment despite it being my first time coming to the facility. The person performing the procedure (Rita) was in the middle of someone else's treatment and came in to rush and do mine in between. She had me in and out in 5 minutes, provided minimal details about the procedure or post care instructions and didn't even give me the option for numbing despite me receiving treatment in a highly sensitive area. She also provided no creams or aloe vera after the treatment, just sent me on my way and had me sign a waiver on a computer AFTER the procedure was done. Major negligence from this place from start to finish. When I called to let them know I was burned the person who performed the procedure had no explanation as to how it happened, but offered 4 additional sessions for free on another body part...picture that, 4 additional chances for me to get burned. I declined and asked for a refund instead. This was my first time trying laser hair removal and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I have a large burn on my face and will need to take time off work in order for it to heal which will probably take weeks if not months. Even then I can only pray it will heal completely. This place is unprofessional and unequipped to perform laser hair removal treatment on highly melanated skin. I just wish they were honest and told me that before I endured this traumatic experience. PLEASE do not come here if you value your skin and quality service.

My first time visiting pure medical spa. I got Micro needling done and my experience was wonderful. Ritta did an amazing job, She was very professional and knowledgeable in what she was doing. The spa was clean and they were following all Covid guidelines. I can’t wait to come back for my next service. Thanks Ritta for your amazing Work.

My friend and I made appointments for Botox, and truly enjoyed our experience at Pure Medical Spa. The staff was very professional, followed all COVID safety protocols, and was honest about how much Botox we needed. We appreciated the doctor’s conservative approach and she did an excellent job of explaining the aftercare and what we could expect. The spa’s location is also great; it’s right next to Old Orchard Mall! I highly recommend this location, and am excited to pursue more treatments at Pure Medical Spa.
