I don't believe there is a better library branch in our great nation that is operated better that the City of Chicago Jefferson Park Public Library Branch. Not a sad face to be found, all the personnel are up beat and extremely helpful. Not one decimal out of place.
When you work here as a Librarian Security it’s not easy. You need to stand the whole time. And employee don’t care or ask you if you need a break. You stand behind a pulpit right in front of the children’s Librarian. There are a lot of incidents here, rude and crabby patrons.
Cranky women working there. They must have been having a bad day.
Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Library is clean and resourceful. What else can you ask for and great work JP CPL.
Don't waste your time coming here, they're closed half the time they say they're open. Whoever runs this branch is doing a poor job.
