Diamond Carpet Cleaning is a professional company. From my first inquiry phone call to the finished product, I experienced true professionals. My technician was a personable, helpful, skilled efficient tech. We had one bedroom with severely stained carpet. To my amazement, after John’s work, the carpet looks brand new with complete removal of the stains. We chose the in-place cleaning for our area rug. Again, it looks amazing with all spots removed. My family liked the work Diamond Carpet Cleaning did. The tech got a little late because of bad traffic and he informed us right away. He called us right before starting. I really like how he did everything and kept us informed. Once he came in, he got to work right away and did a great job. The carpets were clean and he got all the stains out of it. It smells so fresh and also safe on babies and pets. I like Diamond Carpet Cleaning and would hire them again.

Instead of replacing all the carpets on my rental house, I decided to call Diamond Carpet Cleaning to see if they could get them cleaned. I was only going to be in town for a few days, so was thrilled when the service guy rearranged his schedule to fit me in. He did such a wonderful job on the carpets - getting stains out that I didn't think was possible. And he was honest. In one room he told me he could clean the carpet but wouldn't be able to get everything out so would recommend actually replacing the carpet. I really appreciated that. He was respectful and really friendly - and his price wasn't bad at all! Highly recommended.

I’ve tried just about all of them, and this is the best carpet cleaner around hands down. Punctual, informative, affordable, and they do a fantastic job. There has never been a stain they haven’t been able to get out and my carpets always look clean and fresh for months after they cleaned. Would highly recommend to anyone.
