Horrible! Brought an Hermes scarf in for cleaning and not only did they make an existing stain more visible they basically ruined it via putting pin holes in it near the stain. This was gross negligence for handling a $400 scarf which is now ruined. If you buy and want cleaned high end designer items cleaned AVOID this place at ALL costs!
