Fernando and his team were great to work with! Fernando explained the process in depth to me, and I was able to easily contact him when I thought of more questions. The water damage clean up went exactly as he had described. The team was extremely quick, polite, and efficient. The team was so nice to move my furniture for me, and they made sure I was okay with the placement. The condo was clean and my furniture was moved back into place before they left. Very seamless and minimal work for me! I would definitely recommend.

My next door neighbor had a chimney fire and ServiceMaster was already there doing the work so I hired them to do the work in my house. I had smoke damage and some water damage since we live in row homes. The fire department got water in my house when they were putting out the neighbors fire. My experience with them was great, they cleaned all the soot of the walls, repaired the affected walls, cleaned all my furniture and area rugs. Actually I was surprised how good my area rugs looked, Lorenzo is amazing, he brought them back to life. As for the rest of the work I was very happy with the end result and It didn't take as long as I thought It would.

They did an impeccable job cleaning my area rugs. They were really dirty, I have two dogs and toddler twin boys. We moved to Evanston from Lincoln Park for more space but did not want to replace our rugs, they were a gift from my parents and wanted to be able to display them. Lorenzo left them looking better than when we first got them. Really happy with the results.

Hired ServiceMaster Restoration by Zaba for a major roof leak we experienced that infiltrated our entire office area. They came out and conducted a initial inspection and recommended we contact our insurance company due to the severity of damage. They made the call jointly with us and received approval to start the work the same day.nnI used ServiceMaster as the General Contractor that oversaw the mitigation and restoration of the entire project. They were professional, courteous and on time keeping me informed of progress and next steps. The quality of their work was excellent, and they went above and beyond in all areas.nnA great company to work with. I will use them again if I have any additional incidents.

Experienced an overflow, had some water damage, called ServiceMaster and they did a really great job. I have used them in the past I was happy to see they still have the same crew.
