What a great business. They check all the boxes for what is needed. The clothes come out amazing, great value, and the staff are super friendly, very accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile for you. Some uniformed professions also receive a discount, which is very appreciated. Try them and see for yourself.

I have never encountered a Cleaners who I like well enough to take the time and write a review until Urban Cleaners. Not only are they the nicest people in town, but they have superior service, are always on time and are so reasonably priced that it shocks me. Oh did I forget to mention that they are environmentally friendly? It is a win-win-win!! Love their beautiful, contemporary storefront too (just to add more to their good list). If you are in the Skokie area and need a great cleaners, you have GOT TO GO to Urban Cleaners.

We first used Urban Cleaners because my husband worked in the area. His job changed locations but we like this cleaners so much it’s still worth the extra distance. I have a white North Face coat that perpetually has makeup stains around the collar. I’ve tried washing it at home to treat this area and other cleaners. It always gets lighter but doesn’t go away. Urban Cleaners did such a great job my coat looks white again! They have always done an awesome job for us but this coat was impressive enough to warrant a google review.

Fantastic service! We had a doggie “situation” that required we get our comforter professionally cleaned. Not only do they pick up and deliver, but our comforter looks and smells wonderful. We will definitely use Urban Cleaners again!

Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly and professional. Love the pick up and delivery service they offer very convenient. To be honest wasn't expecting as good as a job they did on my shirts very very happy. I definitely recommend them.
