The lady that pierced my baby’s ears was really nice and kind but she did the piercings wrong in one ear and the other idk what happened with the gun to pierce that make the earring bent, they changed the earring but im not gonna make my baby go trough the pain again. But not 100% satisfied with the piercing. And the earrings not worth the 60$ They cost.

Piercing pagoda Lincolnwood mall.. closed after I was assured that I would receive another bracelet and use my insurance. Now I must rely on the Rosemont location for a replacement.

A good selection, especially for quality children's jewelry but the customer service could really use some improvement. The times that I've gone, I wasn't offered help and when it was time to check out, it seemed like I was doing something wrong. Maybe it was a bad day but it was a little disappointing.
