Seriously some of the coolest lofts that you could ever live in here in Salt Lake City. With the low income housing it makes the rate very affordable. So low rates combined with amazing loft art spaces, it makes it nearly impossible to get into the art space rubber co! But it is doable! Keep bugging them until you get through! It is totally worth the living experience and I recommend it to anyone who is wanting a loft urban living experience in the heart of it all!

Just moved here 2 years ago and love it!! Nice 900 SqFt spacious and pet friendly apartments. They have a really cool industrial look to them. Solid concret. And its really cool how the apartments are kinda hidden just above some restaruants and stores. The management is by far the best managment group ive ever delt with!! Debbee and Carlos thanks for being awesome managers!! And Jade market is just below my aparetment so I always have a place to shop if I'm to lazy to make it to smiths or harmons!! Love it!!
