Beautiful designs and excellent customer service! I had a few questions and a few issues with my ring size but the staff was very patient and helpful. Especially Renata! She kept in contact with me regarding new collections, my size, and answered all of my questions! I will definitely buy more items from them. Definitely recommend!
I cant remember how I specifically came across Baladna’s website but immediately saw a piece I really liked. So I ordered it. I mistakenly entered wrong info but Renata and Johnny were prompt in contacting me about the issue so it could be resolved. It was an enjoyable first experience; not only because of the quality of the jewelry but because of the welcoming and the above and beyond professionalism of Renata and Johnny. They were helpful and communicative throughout the entire order process from choosing something that was within my budget to keeping me updated about its shipping. If it were any other jeweler, he/she wouldn’t have been as present as these guys. Thank you very much Renata and Johnny for helping me find my staple jewelry!
