My girlfriend and I were looking at engagement rings. Neither of us has any experience with jewelry and did not know where to start. We went to Sandberg Jewelers and had an amazing experience with Philip! He patiently explained the various styles and diamond qualities that were available and helped us find options that fit our budget. He was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to share that knowledge so that we could make an informed decision. This was a really important moment and he made it much easier to make the right choice for us.

Philip deserves an award for his knowledge and helpfulness! I came in not looking to buy an engagement ring and not knowing anything about jewelry. He walked me through it and worked with my budget to get me the best ring! Will definitely be coming back!!

Incredible service. Informative without being pushy. Cindy helped me pick out some wonderful rings that were in my price range (under $100 each!) but beautiful nonetheless. There's stuff for all prices here, ya just have to look. I'll be back for round two soon!

For our 15th anniversary, my husband upgraded my engagement ring diamond. I brought the diamond in to find a new setting. I decided I wanted a three stone ring and found a setting that I absolutely loved, but needed slightly smaller sides. Susan agreed to make the same ring with smaller side trillions. I have a sharp eye and when I received the ring, I needed a few details changed. The store warmly received me every time I stepped through the door. This allowed me to feel confident that they would help me achieve the ring of my dreams. The communication from Susan was always swift and she was nothing but polite and thorough.
