*** UPDATE from the last time I did this post ** I have YET to receive my 2018 refund!!!nWhen my husband and I first did our taxes with Betty she was great however!!! This last time she prepaired our tax 2018 we never got our state refund I tried calling her and messaging her for answers but no reply! I've called and called for my 2018 copies that she never gave or mailed out to us! If I could I would give her a 0. Where is my husband and my refund BETTY! Bad service will never go back I DO NOT recommend her.
My family and I go to Betty for many things. She has great prices. She has helped me personally with real estate taxes personal taxes and real estate advice. I strongly recommend her services to everyone that I know who she could help. She is nice and does everything in her power to help you. Thank you for helping me understand a lot of the paperwork that gave me trouble.
