Very polite and enough staff to direct people.nHalf of trip the bus phone chargers did not work..but here in Chicago got fixed and my trip continues normally..Thank You Tornado for takin care of the issue...

I did not go on this bus line. To expensive. I found a cheaper way in less time.
My parents recently traveled from Guanajuato Mexico there were passengers not wearing any masks people coughing alot with no masks on. Really dirty. In any minute they cleaned or disinfectant the bus. The monitors of the television weren't working neither the plugins to charge the cellphones. Really bad the air filter inside the bus was blowing junk from the ceiling. Hope they will have good service in a future. For the safety of the people.....
