Would be 5/5 stars but there are some filthy nose breathers around who complain about wearing a mask over there nose
Upon my first visit, a couple of the women at the front desk were extremely rude, disrespectful & just negligent of their duties. However, today I reached out for information on transferring my membership & switching over to this location & I can’t stress enough how helpful the gentleman who helped me out was. I think his name was Andoni or Antoni but he was just incredibly patient with all my questions & concerns. I had reached out to multiple locations in the area & he was by far the kindest & most helpful individual I came across. That’s the kind of treatment you expect all the time but don’t always receive from employees that clearly hate their job which happens all too often, like some of the women at the front desk, that either ignore you completely or give attitude when spoken to. This man was a perfect example of how everyone should interact with others. Thank you for treating others as you’d like to be treated!

I work right around the corner as a truck driver. Before I sit in traffic on the way home i walk on the treadmill & do some light lifting. Makes me feel so much better. Nice staff. Always cleaning
In general, I like Planet Fitness. I initially signed up without even checking the gym out because someone on fb said it was empty. I like that the staff isn't just sitting there like at other gyms.Whenever i look around, they are cleaning equipment with some crazy water guns.It makes me feel more comfortable. The only thing is sometimes the paper napkin feeder gets stuck and it is hard to get the paper napkins out. It has happened enough times for me to notice. I usually just walk to another one instead.
