CVS Pharmacy

My negative review is more for corporate, not this particular store. But, although the clerk I spoke with at this location was very nice, nothing was done to help me, gave no suggestions. I suggested calling corporate, he agreed. I called for what I think would be a common problem? Their shopping carts keep getting left in our parking lot at work (about 2.5 miles away). I asked if they could come get the one that is here today. The clerk chuckled, as I would have, it's a funny request. Then replied that he didn't know if they had a way to collect it. He talked with a supervisor and came back to tell me they have no way to get their carts. When I asked what to do with it, he asked if I could return it, but I have a compact car and can't or wouldn't have called to begin with. He said to throw it in the dumpster, I told him we are a small place and have trash pick up not a dumpster. He suggested having our trash company come get it. I told him we are not paying for a bulk item pick up for their corporation. I really thought CVS would have a cart pick up crew or contractor they hired or someone? He said there was nothing the store could do. I asked if I should call corporate, could they help? He said maybe. So, I did just that. Calling their headquarters in Rhode Island only to be told to call the customer service number which is NOT in this country, no surprise there. The rep was very nice, but I could barely hear her because of the loud call room she was in. She asked for my date of birth, which I was none to please with. I told her she didn't need that information for customer service. Then after explaining the situation SEVERAL times, she put me on hold and called the local store. Only to come back and tell me nothing could be done. I told her the store told me to call you! I didn't need you to call them, I want corporate to come get the carts. It's an example of a corporation not using American workers, which wasted time because she obviously didn't understand what I was explaining, or wouldn't have called the store. End result - CVS doesn't hire a contractor/staff/ reclaim crew for their property. What am I supposed to do with their carts when they are dumped here? I am thinking of calling the City to see if they can help or at least fine CVS for their litter.nNOT HAPPY AT ALL.

They’re the absolute worst at answering the phone .

There is always helpful, courteous staff. Most of the time it's very busy unless you plan your visit to the middle of the day

Drive thru is horrible. Takes waay too long 5-6 car line up mostly. I was waiting for 20 mins one time, still no cars moved. The one on Belmont is ssooo much faster and convenient. This location however, thumbs- down.nPharmacy closes early as well whereas the one on Belmont Ave is 24/7
