I came to this location after being disappointed by a different Enterprise branch and have experienced a huge difference in a positive way. Katie helped me and provided a high level of customer service that was definitely impressive. I told her about my experience at the other branch and she took the initiative to make it right. She gave me an upgrade to a Maxima that I really enjoyed and Elevated the rental experience .
I had a 730 am reservation which was not ready till 815am and then they 1st gave me a dirty car.nnIn addition they refuse to pick me up and drop me off at my location.nn#NastyserviceanddirtycarsnnJohn and Katie reach out to me and replaced my car with a newer clean car.
The manager Katie was so kind and helpful! She delivered amazing service, she was very informative and assisted us so quickly. Definitely would recommend!
Great service so far thanks to katie got me in out right away, shes pleasant this Enterprise office is completely the opposite of the one on lincoln ,,I recomend this office the gentleman by the name of Leashan also very profecianal
These mfs wait til the day I need to leave to tell me they can't use my credit card because there is not a chip in it. I rented from enterprise so many times before never had this type of issue. I'll never rent from these people again. Their loss cuz I rent cars at least once a month. ud83dudd95ud83cudffdJT
