Above and beyond all expectations, for both quality and service. Ashley took over my order about half way through when the staff realized how fussy I am. I walked away so happy. She explained her experiences with everything she knew, she was honest and happy to help in any way she could. She unfortunately was even tasked with decontaminating the rest room after my two hour drive (they don't have a public one but they looked the other way because I drove so far, and had paperwork to fill out for it was my first time). The staff was friendly and knew their limitations which is extraordinarily important when delivering quality service. Thank you MAC for the amazing medication, and great staff to help my experience. Ill be back.. this is the only place in MA that has value quality flower for a decent rate, totally not talked about enough.

I love Mass Alt Care. They may be smaller but they have a great selection and product. Above all, the service is awesome! You are in and out. The staff is always super friendly and I have never had to wait. Highly recommend.

MAC is one of the top dispensaries in the area. selection and quality are top notch. staff are amazing. My only complaint and I’ve heard it from other medical patients as well is that they don’t move the medical line fast enough. Many times I have been in there and waited 20-30 minutes to be served while rec flies through. Medical patients actually need this. It is prescribed by us rec users are doing it for fun. There should be zero med customers waiting if rec is getting served.

It's sad to say, but they have the smallest REC. menu and are usually are out of the most of the products on the REC. menu.nI TRULY HOPE THAT YOU GUYS CAN FIX THIS ISSUE - YOU NEED TO STEP IT UP!!! I HOPE YOU SHOW US ALL THAT YOU CAN STEP IT UP!
