I'm currently waiting for my books to come and it's been over a week and my books still are not in. If it wasn't for me having a book voucher I would have ordered my books from Amazon( way cheaper by the way). This bookstore sells overprice books, have slow services, and should not be inside a school when students are struggling to pay tuition. Before coming here, look online for your books to save yourself money, frustration and time.

The bookstore can match lowest prices and is good for the students that need the book and also need to buy something in their budget.

The return policy is on a case-by-case basis.nnI bought a brand new chemistry book for $174.90. The next day, I found out I had to drop my class, because I did not meet the prerequisites.nnThe cashier flatly said they couldn't take the book back. I kept going up the ladder and asked if there was something wrong with the book's condition (being a day old). They told me there was nothing wrong with the book, but they were not going to take it back. I said I would contact corporate, and they said it would make no difference, as the store at Northeastern is independently owned.nnSave yourself a headache.
