The wait time was entirely too long for a physical (4-hours).

A good site overall. Very good COVID precautions but slow to tend to people. Might be due to fewer staff members than usual. But a very professional environment nonetheless. I went for a drug screening test and hearing test for a new job and I must have spent spend about 1 hour from the moment I stepped foot inside until I was done. I thought it'd be quicker since there was only 3 or 4 people ahead of me.

The doctor was great and personable. The nursing staff and assistant needs work. I only went to the Concentra on 31st and Ashland because it was the closest to my job. On the other hand, I will never return to this one again. Their front desk and nursing staff really needs more training.
