Okay so caveats: we ordered nothing so cannot comment wholly on the service.nnThis place was perfectly fine. I usually prefer Sakura, but they were booked for the time we wanted. We reserved a room, and although there were only a few of us since the small rooms were taken they gave us the medium room at the small price which I appreciated. Good song selection, but yes, the machine is in Mandarin and annoyingly they do not give instructions on how to use it. Hint: 外国 is foreign, 英 means english usually for typing and go from there.nnWhich leads me to my star docking points. When we called they seemed rushed, and when we were leaving they also seemed rushed and inattentive. Its not like they were packed, either.nnThey also do charge an automatic 18% gratuity which is a little wild since we ordered literally nothing. Hence the lack of a 5 star rating.

I use to love coming here for the open karaoke with my friends however with change of management comes change of attitude. Some of the staff starts to over look me and as a customer I see the difference in attention they give to other familiar customers. The bartenders are barely at the bar and you either have to wait until they decide to come back or go look for someone. It's an environment I no longer have in or feel comfortable just coming in for a drink.nHope another change happens to please the other variety of guest that would like to visit and sing open karaoke. I'll visit again to post an uodate but for now this is where my feelings lie.

There was a lack of variety in music and drinks were overpriced, system went unresponsive a couple times but other than that it was a good time with friends.
