This is a honest review & I have to say the Manager Ken gets the job done! He’s talks & interacts with his patrons to resolve their matters. He also is a master at making Grand Lemon drops lol I’ve been a regular at this location for years so I’ve seen a few people come & go! I truly like the changes that have been made to acquire & retain polite & effective waitstaff. Also, make sure your lemon drops have the grand Mainer in it. One bartender (I won’t mention his name) because he is a very nice guy, however he was cutting corners & putting triple sect in the grand lemon drops! No thank you sir ud83dude24 consequently I mentioned it to him & he made the necessary correction. No harm no foul. However when the Manager is behind the barud83dude09 it’s truly a treat for us customers . Oh I almost forgot to mention the young lady Bree is a very sweet and attentive server she does not rush you when taking your order. Keep up the great work To Ken & his staff! Glad to be a regular.

Was promptly seated at the bar. Took m seat and then got ignored for 45 minutes... At the bar. I needed to use the bathroom so I did and when I returned another couple was seated at my table. With with no drink or food I stood at the front and was ignored. Watch people who arrived after me being served there drinks so I left... To another establishment. I cans honestly say this is the worst experience I had since covid started. And I've been seated outside in the cold at other places. Management if yo unread this, feel free to review footage, three people behind the bar, not one even offered to bring water a they all gathered around one station to clean a single container... And ignore people... At the bar... On Chicago... During a cubs game. Smh.

Food mediocre, quality missing. Margarita, definitely their own concoction. Not one to complain on the price, but the quality was not there. First and last time at this location.

Love this place! They always have pleasant staff members who ate ready to serve. My only problem is there was hardly anybody in there, which was absolutely fine with me , but 2 tables by us got filled & I asked if we could move to other sections, was told 'We open that section for Hapoy Hour Katerina ' Wrlk if you were going to open it soon why couldn't my god-sis & myself move over three? We didn't even have dinner just appetizers & beverage. We weren't even staying long & the young lady by us sneezed 2x w/o covering (well enough for me) her mouth, No Mask eitherud83dude20! Well, she was @ the table, bit still was uncomfortable w/situation.
